To use Broco you must:
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to:
Broco is a personal data logging tool — it is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, exercise, or health regimen. Do not rely solely on information from Broco for health decisions.
All content, trademarks, and software comprising the Broco Service are owned by Green Syntax or its licensors. You retain ownership of the health data you input. Broco is currently free for the first year. Future paid plans will be clearly disclosed before any charges are applied. You will never be charged without your explicit consent. If a paid plan is introduced, you will have the option to continue on the free tier or cancel.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Syntax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
